Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. You own your data and can export it at any time.
Service Level Agreement
Sentinel commits to a 99.9% uptime SLA for Professional and Enterprise plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 72 hours in advance. In the event of an SLA breach, eligible customers will receive service credits as outlined in their plan agreement.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we will provide you with a reasonable period to export your data.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sentinel is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
